Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
Trussora Inc. (“Trussora,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-assisted system for structuring and preserving your business thinking. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your business context is serious material, and we treat it that way. Questions: support@trussora.ai.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in (currently via Google sign-in), we receive basic account details such as your name and email address.
Your business content. What you put into Trussora — notes, pasted text, business documents, brainstorms, transcripts, drafts, and uploaded files (e.g., PDF, DOC/DOCX, TXT, Markdown) — and the structured outputs you create and confirm.
Voice input (if you use it). If you use voice dictation, your browser’s built-in speech-to-text feature converts your speech to text. Depending on your browser, the audio may be processed by your browser provider’s speech service. We ask for your permission before you use this feature.
Payment information. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Limited technical information. We collect basic information needed to operate and secure the Service, including error and diagnostic data (through Sentry) to keep the Service reliable — we strip your strategic business content before it is sent. We do not send your strategic business content to analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service — to structure, organize, and preserve the business context you confirm — to process payments, to secure and improve the Service, and to communicate with you about your account. We use your input to build your foundation; we do not use it to create public content or autonomous outputs.
3. AI processing — and no training on your data
Trussora’s AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude API for processing only (your input goes in; structured output comes back). We do not use your data to train AI models. Trussora runs no model training, fine-tuning, or embeddings on your content. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic’s models.
4. Storage, security & retention
We store your content in our secure database and file storage (provided by Supabase) with authenticated access, and protect it using reasonable technical and organizational measures. As a processing sub-processor, Anthropic may briefly retain API inputs and outputs (up to about 30 days) for trust-and-safety and abuse monitoring, and then deletes them; this is safety retention, not training. We retain your account data while your account is active and as described in Section 5.
Where your data is processed. Trussora is based in the United States. Your information — including content held by our service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, Sentry) — may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required for transfers from the EEA, the UK, or other regions, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
5. Data retention & deletion
When you cancel, your access to the Service ends. We then retain your data for 90 days (or 7 days for trial accounts), during which it is not accessible to you and may be restored only by contacting support, after which it is permanently deleted. Because access ends at cancellation, please export anything you want to keep before you cancel. You may also contact us at support@trussora.ai to request deletion of your account.
6. Your data is yours
You own the business context and the strategic foundation you create in Trussora. Your content is tied to your authenticated account. There are no public-by-default artifacts — your content is private to you unless you choose to export or share it.
7. Sharing & service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under terms that protect your data:
Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI processing (inference only; no training; brief safety retention as above)
Google — sign-in and, if you use voice dictation, browser speech-to-text
Supabase — database and file storage
Vercel — application hosting and content delivery
Sentry — error and crash diagnostics (your strategic content is stripped before it is sent)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
8. Your privacy rights
You can access and update your account information, export your content while your subscription is active, and request deletion of your account at support@trussora.ai. Depending on where you live, you have additional rights:
EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR). Rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, for voice dictation). Our legal bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you, your consent where we ask for it, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA). Rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share your personal information.
Canada, Australia & other regions. Rights of access and correction, and to complain to your local privacy regulator (for example, the OPC in Canada or the OAIC in Australia).
To exercise any right, contact support@trussora.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and operate the Service. If we add analytics or similar tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required (for example, for visitors in the EEA and UK), ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; if changes are material, we will provide notice. Questions or requests: support@trussora.ai · Trussora Inc.
